I'm starting this blog with the intention of enhancing my devotion to help empower others in their lives and sharing some of my own "findings" and thoughts from my journey. Therefore, I am committed to increasing my web presence for L.B. Inspired and Inspired To Health. I am slowly learning how to use the many features of this blog site. Thank goodness for my friend Devin's help! He's awesome. It's been a slow start and I keep putting it off because I'm still learning and the page doesn't look anything like what I envision. But I decided to give up the perfectionist tendencies and to go ahead and post so that I put it in motion! It's just going to have to evolve over time. This blog will surely be ever-changing as is life. This is also the case with health or good health. You never just arrive and your done. It's an ongoing process. So here this is an un"done"blog as well! But if we give attention, tend to, and nurture the things we care about on an regular basis - those aspects of life whether it be our relationships, work, or our bodies in turn take good care of us and life becomes a great pleasure.
I'm feeling extremely zen today and am embracing a cozy rainy Sunday in the east. Those who know me well know that I am a bit "nomadic" (yet I also LOVE to nest)! I feel extremely grounded though within these "walls" of my self which I think is a must for true happiness. Travel's always been a passion for me and experiencing new places, and cultures... I'm a lover of life thru and thru. But no matter where I am in the world I often find myself dreaming of being here, swimming in the crystal clear waters of Lake Michigan. This is Sleeping Bear Dunes, a couple of miles from our house Up North (Michigan)! God's country it is - an unspoiled jewel. Welcome to my blog.

Hi Lynn, I've climbed those dunes many times! Just got back from Beaver Island. Another one of Michigan's treasures. Like the music. Where did you get the cute dog?
